The alternative would be to have the parents provide a notarized letter stating that they release EPIC Productions, the drill team advisors and school of all liability. They also need to state that they understand the risk of their student participating in a dance camp being personally uninsured.
Yes, a $500 non-refundable deposit paid to EPIC will secure your spot for the event that you have booked. The Leadership Retreat does not have a deposit required. Exact team numbers are not required to register and pay your deposit. This deposit will be applied to your total balance.
The final balance is due 30 days prior to your camp.
