FAQs - Dance and Drill

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I register for EPIC before my team tryouts?

Yes, you should register as early as possible to guarantee your preferred date. Space is limited and fills up fast. You can modify the number of dancers attending after your tryouts are complete.

If I have a dancer who is not personally insured, what do I do?

Every school district offers an inexpensive district insurance policy. Contact your schools administrative office. The alternative would be to have the parents provide a notarized letter stating that they release EPIC Productions, the drill team advisors and school of all liability. They also need to state that they understand the risk of their student participating in a dance camp being personally uninsured.

Does EPIC require a deposit to register?

Yes, a $500 non-refundable deposit paid to EPIC will secure your spot for the event that you have booked. The Leadership Retreat does not have a deposit required. Exact team numbers are not required to register and pay your deposit. This deposit will be applied to your total balance.

When is the final balance due for camp?

The final balance is due 30 days prior to your camp.
